Regulamento I Campeonato Brasil Open Rfactor

A) Do Evento
1. Os eventos serão realizados aos domingos, com início pontualmente às 21hs – horário de Brasília.

B) Das pistas

1. As pistas utilizadas no campeonato serão, nesta ordem:

C) Das Ajudas a serem utilizadas:
1. As ajudas que estarão permitidas durante as corridas serão:
• Ajuda de direção nível 1
• Estabilidade nível 1
• Abs nível 1
• Controle de Tração nível 1
• Câmbio nível 3
• Embreagem nível 3

1.1. O nível de danos dos carros será de 50%

D) Da Conduta dos pilotos:
1. No Fórum
1.1 O piloto que no fórum ofender, atacar ou pré julgar qualquer deverá ser punido de acordo com o Item “J” de cada regulamento
1.2 O piloto que se sentir ofendido com algum post de outro membro do fórum deverá enviar – email, conforme descrito no item “J”, copiando o post ofensivo no email. Este email será enviado também ao piloto acusado de ofender o colega, tendo um prazo de 2 dias para apresentar defesa enviando e-mail a comissão julgadora, caso o e-mail não for enviado dentro do prazo, o acusado será considerado culpado.
1.3 Os tópicos estão sujeitos a censura, podendo ser apagados pelos admin e/ou a comissão julgadora.
2. Na pista
2.1 Obrigatoriamente o piloto terá que estar atento às instruções do diretor de prova na tela do jogo
2.2 O piloto que por qualquer motivo desrespeitar as instruções dada pelo diretor será: 1 – advertido, 2 – punido com um drive-through pelos boxes, 3 – desclassificado da etapa.
2.3 Durante a classificação e a corrida é extremamente proibido qualquer piloto falar no chat do jogo. Apenas a direção de prova tem este direito para comunicar aos pilotos o que está acontecendo. Excessão feita quando o piloto quiser comunicar algo à direção de prova. Durante os treinos livres o chat é livre.
2.4 O piloto que vier a falar no chat durante a volta de classificação de um adversário será penalizado.

E) Dos pilotos
1. Os pilotos terão obrigatoriamente que estar devidamente inscritos e identificados no Server por seu nome e sobrenome. Ex: Oswaldo Ferreira
2. A inscrição poderá ser feita até as 18:00 do dia do início do primeiro treino livre da 1º etapa. Pilotos que queiram ser inscritos após esse prazo terão que ter 100% de aprovação dos concorrentes.
3. A inscrição será validada após o cadastro no fórum da Brasil Open:

4. No momento da inscrição o piloto deve anunciar o equipamento (kart) que deverá utilizar no campeonato.
4.1 - A escolha do equipamento está liberada até o início dos treinos da primeira etapa. A partir daí sera proibida a mudança.

F) Dos treinos livres
1. Os treinos livres oficiais terão duas sessões de 15 minutos cada com intervalo de 5 minutos entre a primeira e a segunda.
2. Os pilotos não terão limite de voltas por treino
3. A participação no segundo treino livre será obrigatória, pois a partir do resultado deste, será feita a ordem para as voltas de classificação.

G) Dos setups

1. O setup ficará livre para modificações.
2. No intervalo do primeiro para o segundo treino, o piloto que fizer o melhor tempo no primeiro treino livre, deverá obrigatoriamente passar o setup que fez o tempo para os outros pilotos, a fim de gerar uma maior competitividade.
• O piloto que vier a se recusar a passar o setup ou, agir de má fé, passando o setup errado, perderá imediatamente 5 pontos na classificação do campeonato.
• A partir deste setup, os pilotos terão a liberdade de usá-lo ou não, tendo os 15 minutos do segundo treino livre para adaptá-lo ao seu estilo.


H) Da classificação

1. A tomada de tempo não terá tempo pré definido. Os pilotos entrarão na pista um por vez e terão 5 voltas para fazer seu tempo, sendo que apenas 2 dessas voltas serão contadas como válidas (a segunda e a terceira). A primeira e a quarta serão de aquecimento de pneus e de retorno aos boxes, respectivamente.
1.1 O piloto que sofrer uma acidente em sua primeira volta rapida terá permissão pela diretor de prova de poder realizar a sua ultima volta rapida, e, logo em seguida, retornar aos boxes, assim, utilizando todas as voltas permitidas para a classificação.
2. O piloto assim que terminar sua segunda tentativa terá obrigatoriamente que levar seu carro aos boxes, ficando assim, proibido o uso da tecla ESC enquanto não estiver dentro da área de pit. O não cumprimento desta regra implicará imediatamente na perda de uma posição no GRID. OBS: A falha no motor é culpa exclusiva do piloto, ele tem que saber regular a fita de grade de seu veículo.
3. A ordem de saída para a pista será de acordo com a posição final do segundo treino livre. O mais veloz no treino será o primeiro a fazer a classificação, o segundo colocado será o segundo e assim sucessivamente para gerar maior competitividade e ser mais bem organizado pelo diretor de prova.
4. O piloto que utilizar de má fé durante a classificação, cortando caminho propositalmente, sem desaceleração após o ocorrido, e não se denunciar sobre o ocorrido irá largar na ultima colocação e irá levar uma advertência.
5. A direção de prova estará observando cuidadosamente cada volta do piloto e fica ao seu critério a implicação de punições por voltas consideradas não válidas por qualquer que seja o motivo alegado.
6. O pole-position será beneficiado com 1 (um) ponto na classificação do campeonato.

I) Das corridas

1. O grid será formado pela ordem final da classificação
2. As corridas serão realizadas em apenas uma bateria de 17 voltas cada.
3. A largada será Padrão.
4. A pontuação das corridas será a seguinte:

1º colocado - 9 pts
2º colocado - 6 pts
3º colocado - 4 pts
4º colocado - 3 pts
5º colocado - 2 pts
6º colocado - 1 pt.

5. Em caso de incidentes, o piloto deverá proceder como descrito no item “J” deste regulamento.
6. Durante as disputas por posição será permitido alterar apenas uma vez o traçado, com a autorização de voltar ao traçado ideal para a tangência da curva. Fica assim proibido o “zig zag” na frente do outro piloto. Aquele que se sentir injustiçado, deverá proceder como descrito no item “J” deste regulamento
7. Em caso de bandeira azul, o piloto retardatário deverá liberar a passagem imediatamente.
8. Os pilotos que forem flagrados cortando caminho propositalmente serão penalizados imediatamente. Caso haja alguma reclamação, o replay da corrida Será analisado e o piloto punido será notificado via e-mail do ocorrido, tendo um prazo de 2 dias da data de envio do email para se defender do ocorrido, caso não haja uma defesa junto a comissão julgadora, o piloto será considerado culpado, podendo ser punido de acordo com as normas item “J” deste regulamento.
9. A largada só poderá ser reiniciada uma vez e apenas se o pedido for feito antes de o líder completar a primeira volta.
9.1. O piloto que pedir o reinício da etapa estará ciente de ter seu tempo final de corrida acrescido em 10 segundos.
9.2. O pedido deverá ser feito através de mensagem no Chat do jogo.


J) Das punições

1. Dos pedidos de punição.
• O piloto que se envolver em um incidente na corrida e se achar injustiçado, deverá enviar um email para brasil.open@yahoo.com com o titulo “Punição Sessão – Nome da Etapa”. Exemplo: “Punição Corrida – Bercy”.
No corpo do email deverá conter o nome dos pilotos envolvidos (inclusive do solicitante), a volta em que ocorreu o incidente, e uma breve explicação para o caso.
o O prazo de prescrição para os incidentes de corrida será de 48 horas a partir do horário de encerramento da corrida.


• O piloto que se sentir ofendido, deverá mandar um email para brasil.open@yahoo.com com o título “Punição – Post/ Tópico Ofensivo. Exemplo: Punição – Post Ofensivo, ou, Punição – Tópico Ofensivo
No corpo do email deverá conter o nome dos pilotos envolvidos (inclusive o solicitante), com o apelido no fórum, e uma cópia do post/tópico ofensivo e um breve explicação sobre o ocorrido, junto com um print screen do ocorrido.
o O prazo de prescrição para analise dos posts ou tópicos onfesivos será de 48 horas a partir do horário em que o post for criado.

2. Das defesas

• O piloto acusado terá um prazo máximo de 2 dias da data de recebimento para se defender da acusação, ele deverá responder o email, fazendo um breve comentário se defendendo do ocorrido.
• Fica valendo para ambos pedidos de punição estas normas.

3. Das Punições

• Fica a critério dos administradores ou da comissão julgadora, tomar a frente e punir os pilotos por atitudes que vão contra o regulamento do campeonato.
• Os administradores terão um prazo de dois dias antes da próxima etapa para postar no fórum as decisões sobre as punições, enviando-as também para os envolvidos. Em caso de ofensas no fórum, o prazo será de 5 dias.
• As punições poderão variar desde simples advertências até a desclassificação da Brasil Open, ficando a critério da administração as punições.

Cláusula Abstenção

1. Caso aconteça alguma situação que não está diretamente esclarecida no regulamento, o diretor de prova tem todos os direitos e poderes de analisar de acordo com sua ética e moral para determinar a sentença do ocorrido.
1.1 Apos a determinação da sentença, é de natureza importantíssima o acrescimo no reculamento do devido fato ocorrido para o aperfeiçoamento do mesmo.

D) The Pilot’s Behavior:
1. Forum
1.1 The pilot who offend in the forum, or pre-judge any attack should be punished in accordance with Item "J" of each regulation
